RELEASE AGREEMENT

By making application to join the Sunshine Barrel Racers Association, Applicant agrees to participate in Sunshine Barrel Racers Association sanctioned events at Applicants own risk. Applicant hereby releases and discharges Sunshine Barrel Racers Association and its officers, directors, representatives, employees and agents from liability, loss, claims, damages and expenses for injuries to person, property, reputation, or financial conditions as a result of or in any way relating to Applicants participation or non participation in any Sunshine Barrel Racers Association sanctioned event whether caused by negligence, arena conditions, by the conduct of Sunshine Barrel Racers Association sanctioned events or the administration or failure to enforce any Sunshine Barrel Racers Association rules, regulations or guidelines.

Applicant knows and agrees that by his/her application on this form he/she completely releases the Sunshine Barrel Racers Association and its officers, director’s representatives, employees and agents from any and all liability including negligence. Applicant voluntarily chooses to participate in Sunshine Barrel Racers Association sanctioned events and freely and willingly consents to same. Applicant further acknowledges that he/she has no absolute property or other right to participate in Sunshine Barrel Racers Association events. Applicant agrees to follow and be bound by the rules, regulations and guidelines of the Sunshine Barrel Racers Association as amended from time to time. Applicant agrees that his/her sole and exclusive remedy for any disputes is appeal to the Sunshine Barrel Racers Association appeal procedures, and agrees that all decisions of the officers and board of directors review group are final and conclusive.

Annual membership if FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00). This is due before any points may begin accumulating

All members are required to make a FIFTY DOLLER ($50.00) contribution (sponsorship) to serve as added money throughout the year. Failure to do so will result in said member being ineligible for points and losing all rights as a member

(Due by Jan3^th, 2010 or 60 days after membership payment. membership taken after Jan 1^st will have 30 days from the time they pay their membership to make their required contribution (sponsorship). If this is not paid your points will be taken away and you will loss all rights as a member. Membership dues are non refundable. )

I ______a member of the SBRA realize that if I qualify for the finals I will be responsible for securing another cash donation (sponsorship), which will be applied to added money at the finals. This added money will be for each class you qualify in. The amount for each class entered will be FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
